Structure of windows processing centre |
The windows processing centre consists of two machine blocks:
- the dovetailing machine block
- the profiling machine block |

The purpose of the machine of windows processing centre |
Dovetailing Machine is intended for
trimming of planed to calliper workpieces on the sectional view,
used for windows manufacture, with aggregate exposure of down size endways, millings of tenons and sleeve pieces. The machine is equipped with trimming site and multipositional spindle with the drive allowing to supply the required set of milling cutters to the processing centre.
The control panel gives commands in accordance with the production process, according to which the multipositional spindle is set to the predetermined position, i.e. supplies the relevant instrument to processing zone.
The trimming unit with set content circular saw trims the workpieces to the size.
The hold-down tool of workpieces under processing is conducted by two pneumatic hold-down tools.
Base bar set on the carriage serves for basing components of windows during their processing.
Base bar can be set at an angle that will enable to process components of the windows of delta circuit shape, trapezoid, etc.
For the purpose of safe operation maintenance, the machine is equipped with fencing from the cutting tool.
The profiling machine tool is intended for
milling of internal structure of the components of boxes and shutters, and external structure of the collected boxes and shutters of Euro windows.
The machine is also equipped with two milling spindles - multipositional (basic) and two-position and saw unit for cuting the bead. The multipositional spindle is equipped with five sets of milling cutters for processing internal structures of components of windows and external profiling of shutters and boxes after assembly.
Two-position spindle is equipped with the milling cutter, which eliminates fractures of the material on the exit of the basic instrument.
Both spindles are set in the required position by commands from control panel.
The saw unit is equipped with a tool, which is intended for simultaneous sawing of thebead in the course of processing the internal structure of the shutter.
The table with base bar is intended for basing workpieces. When processing short (less than 500 mm) boxes and shutters a reversible bar, fitted to the supplemental carriage is used. This bar accompanies the processed shutter (box), moving by the guidway, that ensures the precision of geometry of the processing.
Feeding mechanism (line of rubber-coated rollers) serves for supply of the processed workpieces.
Pneumatics is used to cramp workpieces during the processing.
