Splicing line
of lamellas of unlimited length (up to 300 mm)
is intended for manufacture of structural sawn timber and girders.
Maximum quantity of splicing cycles per minute:
9 (for 4 m lamellas).

- 4 sectional loadingconveyor
- 1-st tenon cutter (pruning of workpieces, parting-off and milling of serrated dowels)
- 2-nd tenon cutter with an intermediate table between carriages of 1,5 m length , and with the automatic sizing device (handling of the second butt end of workpieces, glue coating)
- system of conveyors for an automatic press filling composed of:
- storage device (before tipping device)
- tipping device continuously operating
- band storage conveyor (length 8 m)
- hydraulic press with built-in field of 4 m
- trimming node cuttings of workpieces to the size
- taking up magazine with the pusher of workpieces in processing area of accumulation (18 m).

| Advantages of the line
|
- The stated model has been developed in connection with the increased necessity of sawn timber of non-standard lengthused for load-carrying structures in modern low-rise floor construction and allows creating premises with major interior spaces. The most suitable material for such building sawn timber is the glued wood possessing high-impact in capacity of multi layers and absence of imperfections in spliced workpieces.
- In the usual splicing line the maximum length lamellas is defined by length of press. The splicing line MAX 2000 allows gaining lamellas practically of any length. It is necessary to provide sufficient length of receiving roller.
- The line ensures uninterrupted feeding of workpieces by means 4 sectional loading conveyors.
- Operation of all conveyors is synchronized bysystem of telltale detecting devices.
- The supervisory control of splicing looping is carried out by relay ladder logic system.
- The line ensures high efficiency in capacity of absence of non-loading operation of slides of tenon cutters.
