Base complete set of splicing line:
1.  Five section loading conveyor
2.  1-st tenon cutter
3.  2-nd tenon cutter with glue superimposing device
4.  Automatic loading press system:
4.1.  The accumulative conveyor
4.2.
 A feeder with a tipping device continuously working (without idle)
4.3.
 The conveyor - store in length of 3 m
5.  Two-stage hydraulic squeezer of 6 m length with the preliminary prepressing block, detachable unit and hydroelectric station

    At customer's request the splicing line can be completed by additional options :

  • Maximum diameter of the milling instrument - 250 mm;
  • glue superimposing device made of stainless steel;
