Finger jointing line LSP - 350

			Splicing line LSP-350 is intended for splicing wood blanks endways.
			Line has a milling unit and press 6 m and allows to splice wood blanks up to 200 mm in height and up to 700 mm in length.
Line productivity - 400 running meters per hour (at sectional view of workpieces 91х28 and average length 500 mm)

Base complete set of splicing line:

1. A rotary table 2. A tenon cutter with automatic gluing device 3. A feeder with tipping device 4. A feeder of workpieces 5. Squeezer in length of 6 m with detachable unit and ejector 6. An electric cabinet with control panel

At customer's request the splicing line can be completed by additional options : thickness of workpieces pack up to 200 mm; the device of workpieces alignment; the reinforced electric motor of milling spindle - 11 kW; an automatic tipping device of workpieces; hydraulic compression in press; double and tribal loading conveyor.      The splicing line can be equipped with splitting blocks for "hidden" connection of workpieces for furniture boards (see picture).
