Finger jointing line LSP - 500

	Splicing line LSP-500 is intended for splicing wood blanks endways.
Productivity of splicing line - 830 running meters per hour (at sectional view of workpieces 91х28 and average length 500 mm)

Base complete set of a line of splicing:

1. A two-section loading conveyor 2. 1-st tenon cutter 3. 2-nd tenon cutter with gluing device 4. Automatic loading press system: 4.1 An accumulative conveyor 4.2 A feeder with tipping device 4.3 A feeder of workpieces 5. Hydraulic squeezer in length of 6 m with detachable unit and Hydroelectric station 6. An electric cabinet with control panel

At customer's request the splicing line can be completed by additional options: : thickness of workpieces (height of a pack) up to 200 mm; the reinforced electric motors of milling spindles - 2х11 kW; gluing device from stainless steel; three sectional and five sectional loading conveyor;      The splicing line can be equipped with splitting blocks for"hidden" connection of workpieces for furniture boards (see picture).
