Function
The automatic trimmer with optimization of cutting of workpieces ORD-100 is intended for optimum cutting
and cuts of defects from the workpieces being supplied to the further processing on glueing line.
Feeding conveyor, which can be equipped with device for automatic sorting of workpieces endways with ranges 170...700 mm, 170...1000 mm, 170...1500 mm. (At customer's request)
Principle of operation of the automatic trimmer
The workpieces supplied to the lot are marked by a marker, (i.e. the cull places subject to cuts) and put on the band feeding conveyor.
Mark reading is conducted by means of photosensor placed at the entrance point of workpiece on the aligning section.
In front of the saw block the upper pressure rollers are located, which keep workpiece on the conveyor and compensate certain difference in the thickness of workpieces.
Software allows using one or a combination of several of programs of cutting and optimization. The line is compatible with lines of longitudinal splicing workpieces.
